About the event

If you are a resident of Bellingham's Roosevelt, Sunnyland, York, Lettered Streets, or Columbia neighborhoods, Whatcom Conservation District and Whatcom Million Trees Project are partnering with the City of Bellingham to offer you an opportunity to receive a free tree to be planted on your property. For more information, visit this site, and if you are interested in receiving a tree for your property, you can fill out this request form by February 28th. If would like to learn more about how to pick, place, and plant a tree in your yard, we are offering this in-person tree planting workshop on Wednesday, February 12th from 6:30-8PM at the Bloedel Donovan Park Pavilion. We'll talk about selecting a tree, how to place a tree on your property, how to care for your tree, and more! We look forward to seeing you then!
