The Whatcom Conservation District is partnering with the Whatcom Land Trust to restore 19.2 acres of riparian forest buffer along California Creek and associated estuarine and palustrine wetlands. We are now accepting proposals from qualified restoration contractors for project site preparation, planting and maintenance.
